When a user receives a reward, they will receive reminders about the reward to ensure they don't forget to use it. These reminders will stop as soon as the reward is used. Users will receive a reminder at the following cadence:
- 2 days after the reward send date
- 30 days after the reward send date
- 90 days after the reward send date
- 350 days after the reward send date
