Still haven't received your gift card after 24 hours? Check below for information about what might be going on.
- Gift cards sent by Wishlist are occasionally redirected to the Spam, Promotions, or All Mail folders. If it isn't there, we recommend typing "Activate your {BRAND NAME OF GIFT CARD} Gift Card" in the search bar of your inbox.
- While gift cards are generally delivered automatically, some may take a few minutes, or even hours to process based on demand. If you haven't received your gift card within 24 hours, contact us at support@enjoywishlist.com.
If you are enrolled in our Wallet program, you can activate or resend the gift card activation email from your Wishlist account. Once logged in, please follow the steps provided below.
- From the Rewards page's My Rewards section click My Orders
- Select the Kebab Menu Icon
- From the dropdown menu choose Order Details
- To activate a processed gift card from the Wallet click Activation Link, alternatively, if you would like the gift card to be resent to the email address listed select Email Card Link
You cannot edit the email to the gift card that was sent to. You will need to reach out to Wishlist support to get that updated. If you need to reach out to the Wishlist Support team, please include the following information:
- Email address the card was sent to
- Amount the gift card was worth
- Gift card brand
- Reference number
