Gift cards sent by Wishlist sometimes can be redirected to your spam, promotions, or the "All Mail" folder. If you are still having a difficult time locating this email, I would recommend typing in "Activate your {NAME OF GIFT CARD} Gift Card" in the search bar of your inbox.
While gift cards will generally be delivered automatically, some may take a few minutes, or even hours to process based on demand. If you haven't received your card within 3 hours, you can contact support@enjoywishlist.com.
If you are enrolled in our Wallet program, you can resend the gift card activation email by logging into your Wishlist account. Once logged in, please follow the steps provided below.
- Go to "My Rewards" at the top of the screen.
- Select "Orders"
- All of your past reward redemptions will appear below.
- Find the missing gift card and click on the button that says "View Details."
- A pop-up will appear giving you the details of the gift card order.
- If the gift card has been successfully processed, there will be a button that says "Email Card Link."
- This will resend a gift card activation email to the email listed in the order details.
You cannot edit the email to the gift card that was sent to. You will need to reach out to Wishlist support to get that updated. If you need to reach out to the Wishlist Support team, please include the following information:
- Email address the card was sent to
- Amount the gift card was worth
- Gift card brand
- Reference number
