If you have received a reward that you are able to redeem, you will have received an email titled "(Name) sent you a Wishlist."
In that email, it will have a note from your reward sender, as well as a link to access your reward page that says "Explore Your Options". It will also have a reference number, should you need to get in touch with our team about your reward. That email with your link will look like this:
After clicking the link, you will open your reward page. There, you will see all options available to you. If you have experiences available, your screen will look like this:
You can click any of the "Categories" to look at specific options, or, you can click the button at the bottom that says "See All Experiences" to see all experience-based rewards you have available.
If you have Gift Cards, or other options available, you will see them at the bottom. That section will look like this:
Finally, to make a selection, you will navigate to the reward that you like the best. After clicking the tile, you will navigate to a screen with more detail on the reward and you will click on the button on the right that says "Redeem." Finally, you will fill out all necessary information to help Wishlist's Customer Experience team book the reward for you.
Once you complete that information and submit your booking form, the Wishlist team will be notified. We will let you know we've received your request. If possible, we will complete your booking right away. If more information is needed, we will be in touch via the email you provided in your booking process.
