- Log in to Wishlist
- Click "News Feed" in the top left navigation menu
- Click "Share Something" on the top of your News Feed
- Click "Send Recognition"
- Type in the name of the group or department you are recognizing and click "Next"
- Select a core value that the group represented
- Select a business goal (if applicable) that you'd like to tie the recognition to
- Click "Next"
- Type your recognition, add an image or a gif, and click "Post"
