Your Wishlist program can connect with a number of different HRIS. This will make updating your employee roster much easier when new employees are added or someone leaves the company. Setting up your HRIS is different based on the system, if your system has an integration you can find the instructions for setup below:
Bamboo

As a Program Admin you will need to provide Wishlist with an API token and the company name subdomain that is set up in Bamboo.

Greenhouse HR
- Greenhouse has an API that Wishlist can use to get user information. You would need to provide your CSM with a username and password to your portal.

IntelliHR

You will need to login to the IntelliHR platform

Once logged in, go to Settings > Public API Access Keys and generate an API key.

Provide the API key along with the Company Id/Tenant Name to your CSM

Paychex
- Provide your Client ID# to your Wishlist CSM.
- Wishlist will be able to do this integration for you by requesting App access through Paychex support.
- This generally takes 2 days on the Paychex side
- Once we have this our internal team will be able to set up the integration and we will reach out to you once complete.

Paylocity
- This is one of our easiest integrations! In order for us to process this we will need you to fill out the Paylocity API Agreement Form.
- Send this form to us and your Paylocity contact.
- Paylocity has varied amounts of response time, so if you haven’t heard back in a week, reach out to them again. Usually, that gets the ball moving.

Rippling
- Wishlist has an extremely easy integration with Rippling. In order to get it started log into Wishlist.

Open a separate tab and navigate to the Wishlist application on
Rippling and Install

Go through the flow, it will bounce back and forth a bit between Rippling and Wishlist but at the end the sync will be made and the roster will be updated in 24 hours.
Trinet
- Trinet has an easy API integration with Wishlist. Your CSM will fill out a form on your behalf in order to request API access.
- Once we have this our internal team will be able to set up the integration and we will reach out to you once complete.
- You may want to review the roster in the Wishlist tool to make sure it looks accurate before going live.
Workday
- Create a “Workday Report” that is accessible to us via a URL. The report should contain all of the fields that get loaded into the roster (name, email, hire date, birth date, etc).
- Once the report is created please provide your CSM with:
- The Workday Report URL
- Basic Authentication (Username / Password)
- We will be able to set up the integration from there.
