For one reason or another, clients may need to add a new reward site to their account.* This could be because you are launching a new rewards program or simply need to add a new denomination of rewards to your current program.
Regardless, adding a site is simple! Simply reach out to your Customer Success Manager. If you are not sure who your Customer Success Manager is, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can facilitate your request.
*This only applies to your account if you utilize set programs for spot gifting. If you have the Open Dollar function this does not apply.
