Looking to remind an employee about an unused reward they have? Program Admins can send custom reminder emails to employees who have not redeemed their rewards.
To send a custom reward reminder email:
- From the Rewards tab, select Sent Rewards in the lefthand sidebar.
- Any rewards in "Delivered" status can be sent a reminder. To find the reward you wish to send a reminder use the Search bar or the Filters button in the table in the top right to filter by "Unclaimed Rewards"
- Once you have found the reward(s) click the Kebab Menu on the far right side of the reward row and select Send Reward Reminder
- Write a personalized reminder note and click Remind. This will be sent from the Wishlist system
