Looking to remind an employee about an unused reward they have? Program Admins are able to send custom reminder emails to employees who have not redeemed their rewards.
To send a custom reward reminder email:
- Log in to Wishlist
- Navigate to the "Rewards" tab in the top navigation menu
- Click "Sent Rewards" in the left sidebar menu
- Any rewards in "Delivered" status can be sent a reminder
- Find the reward you wish to send a reminder for by using the Search bar or by using the Filters button in the table in the top right to filter by "Unclaimed Rewards"
- Once you have found the reward(s) click the 3 dots which is the "more" button on the far right side of the reward row OR click the flag on the top left of the table to select all at once
- Click "Send Reward Reminder"
- Write a personalized reminder note and click "Remind". This will be sent from the Wishlist system
