We totally get it—sometimes plans change, or you might simply have a change of heart. We’re here to help! However, once an order is placed, it’s a bit tricky to make any changes.
It's worth noting Wishlist works with various vendors to bring you the best items and experiences to you. Since we’re working with different teams for things like inventory and delivery, there are multiple steps and vendors involved in getting your order to you. And this is exactly why, it can be difficult to make changes after your order has been placed.
Once you have completed a purchase in your wallet you are not able to reverse it. The "Wallet" section of your account shows completed orders, and you can’t reverse or modify them once they’re done. In your "Orders" tab, you’ll see a history of your past orders, but it’s just for tracking. This feature allows you to review your order history, but it doesn't allow any changes to the orders themselves.
Exceptions to this are most of our offerings in the "Experience" category. This isn't always the case, but you are usually able to cancel your experience reservation directly from your "My Orders" table in your Wishlist account. If you click the kebab icon to the right of the order in question, a drop-down of options will appear. If one of those options allow you to cancel, feel free to cancel it on your own. The rewards you used will automatically be returned to your wallet balance and any upgrade amounts paid will be refunded.
