Note: Your instance of Insights may look different from the below screenshots, based on what you are licensing from Wishlist.
Program Dashboard
Access the Program Dashboard by clicking “Insights” in the top navigation. The Program Dashboard gives you a quick glance at the performance of your Wishlist program. Each widget allows for downloading more detailed reports from this screen, as well as takes you to a detailed widget page by clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner of the widget.
Wishlist Expenditure
Finally, a place where all of your Wishlist spend (inclusive of reward spend, software fees, etc.) is reflected in a large KPI (key performance indicator) for the YTD (year to date) total as well as the total for the last calendar year and the all time spend. Also, understand your current reward fund balance, the active senders on your account, the number of pending rewards, and the amount of the pending rewards. From this tab you can download the monthly spend report, request an invoice using the “Add Reward Funds” button, or send new rewards to your team.
Reward Spend Forecast
The reward spend forecast gives the user a glimpse of reward spend for the prior 4 months, the current month, and the projected spend of automated rewards (currently limited to Birthday and Workiversary) for 4 months in the future. Toggles can be utilized to visualize the split between Birthday and Workiversary awards, as well as understand the historical spend difference between Performance (spot) rewards and Automated rewards. From this page you can also navigate to the Sent Rewards table to get a better understanding of rewards that have been sent, or the Upcoming Rewards table to see scheduled rewards and update the template messages to personalize the rewards for individual employees.
Rewards Leaderboard
Especially helpful for clients only licensing rewards, the Rewards Leader Board gives the user visibility into who in their organization is receiving the most, or fewest rewards in their organization. Additionally, you can see who is sending the most rewards, and who is sending the least rewards by navigating to the ‘Reward Senders” tab. On each of these tables, the user’s name, their manager’s name, their onboarding date, and their assigned group will be displayed. For recognition accounts, these Insights capture rewards sent through the ‘Send New Rewards’ tool, as well as rewards attached to recognitions that get posted to the News Feed.
Rewards and Recognition Recipient Ratio
By default, for our Recognition clients, the Recognition Recipient Ratio will show on the Program Dashboard page. For clients who only license rewards, only the Rewards Recipient Ratio will be available. Utilize this detail page to understand who has not received a reward or a recognition in your organization. Each row on the non-receivers report gives the name of the person who has not received a reward or a recognition, their manager’s name (if available), their onboarding date, and their associated group or department (if available). This report can be useful for assessing who in your organization has not received a reward or recognition.
Management Report
The Management Report widget allows the user to quickly identify which managers are engaged, or not engaged, with the Wishlist program. From here, we can see who the top reward senders & bottom reward senders are, as well as recognition senders (if enabled). This report can identify the potential for outreach if a manager is less engaged with rewarding or recognizing their employees. The reward senders table does include rewards sent that are attached to recognitions on the News Feed.
Engagement Overview
Only available for those clients that license Recognition from Wishlist, the Engagement Overview widget page looks at the engagement over the News Feed broken out by Recognitions (always attached to a Core Value), Announcements (Birthday, Workiversary as automated announcements, and other options for manual announcements), and Posts (posting pictures of a team outing or conference). Note that the Announcements, Recognitions, and Posts percentages will add up to 100%. The rewards percentage looks at the number of reward senders who have sent a reward / total reward senders for the time period. this tells you the % of active reward senders in your organization.
Reports can be downloaded here, either the Aggregated Engagement Data, which will group Recognition, Announcement and Posts data together as counts on a specific date, or the Engagement Feed Data, which will be a line item for each individual engagement (recognition, announcement or post) on the News Feed.
Reward Balance Report
The Reward Balance report has two main parts: seeing how many rewards have been sent vs. redeemed, as well as understanding the split of redeemed rewards for the high-level categories on our rewards marketplace.
The Received Rewards Split report looks at the Total Rewards Sent (Rewards Received) split out between Unredeemed Rewards & Redeemed Rewards. For clients on our wallet system, the Unredeemed Rewards represents the wallet dollars still in the user’s wallet, and the Redeemed Rewards represents the wallet dollars that have been spent.
The Redeemed Rewards Split report looks at how the % of Redeemed Rewards have been spent based on overarching categories: Experiences, Live Events, Gift Cards, Travel, and Swag.
Both reports have download capabilities and allow the user to navigate to the Sent Rewards table for more detail.
Top Tags Analysis
The Top Tags Analysis report looks at the distribution of Core Value tags for clients with Recognition, or Reward Tags for clients only licensing Rewards.
The table will show the top 5 employees receiving each tag, their group, their manager, how many times they have received that tag, and the attached rewards worth (if any). Use the filters to look at data across the whole company, or drill down into specific departments or groups. Use the hashtag filter above the table to navigate between the tags used by your organization.
Reward Reciprocity
The Reward Reciprocity tab looks at the Thank You Note Send Rate for your organization. This rate is calculated by looking at the count of rewards where a Thank You note was sent divided by the total number of rewards sent by your organization. Thank You Notes are applicable for both rewards sent from the Send New Rewards tool as well as rewards attached to a recognition posted on the News Feed. Share this report with others in your organization, or download the results.
Least Interaction Report
Only available to clients who license recognition, the Least Interaction report will show a list of employees in descending order of the longest time without logging in. If you notice that engagement is low, this would be a great place to start in understanding who is not logging into the Wishlist platform.
Additionally, the last activity board captures users who may have logged in more recently than those on the Last Login Board, but who haven’t engaged with posted recognitions or announcements, or sent a reward for a long period of time.
Survey Analysis
Again, only available to our clients who license Recognition, the Survey Analysis detail page looks at the results of Employee NPS survey results. Download options exist for the latest survey results, the last 5 survey results, or all survey results. Interested in learning how to utilize eNPS surveys?
