It is here! The Manager Dashboard allows users to view Insights related to both their Direct and Indirect reports all in one place. Below we will highlight what that means for managers at your company.
Accessing the Manager Dashboard
The Manager Dashboard facilitates managers to see Insights about their Direct & Indirect Reports.
To access the manager dashboard go to your Insights tab. From there what you see will depend on your account permissions as laid out below:
Program Admins and Accountants
By clicking Go To Manager Dashboard managers designated as Program Admins or Accountants will be taken directly to their dashboard. Program Admins who are not managers will instead be able to search for any manager and view their dashboard.
Reward Senders and Employees
Managers with the Reward Sender or Employee role simply need to go to their Insights tab which will pull up their Manager Dashboard
Filtering
All tools within the Manager Dashboard can be filtered by time, unless otherwise noted in their description. To do so, select Filters, click All Time and then choose the timeframe you would like to see the reported on, and then hit Apply.
Tools
Direct & Indirect Team
Here managers are able to view the total number of direct and indirect team members. Clicking on the widget will take you to the table used to populate the widget where Name, Job Title, Department, Birth Date are visible. Please note the Direct & Indirect Team table is unaffected by the time filter and will only show current reports.
Within the table, you can perform a couple of actions. By clicking See Details you will be able to view a summary of the employee's interactions with the platform, from their favorited products, to the number of recognitions they have sent and received.
Selecting the Kebab Menu on the right will allow you to quickly view either their Profile or Dashboard. One caveat is that users who are not managers will not have a dashboard.
To return to the Manager Dashboard, simply click Back to Dashboard.
Thank You Notes History
Need a little pick-me-up? In this section, you can view the percentage of recipients you rewarded who thanked you. Clicking into the widget allows you to scroll through and read them all again as well as see the ratio that creates the reciprocity percentage.
Upcoming Birthdays and Milestones
Within this widget, you'll see a shortlist of employees' upcoming birthdays and other milestones with their Name, the Occasion, and the Upcoming Date. Clicking to expand the widget lets you view that information as well as if there is a Reward associated with the event (account must be configured for Birthday and Anniversary rewards). Please note that this widget is not impacted by the time filter.
Using the Kebab Menu will let you customize the message associated with it.
Budget Amount Unused
Use this section to know who could use a friendly reminder to send more rewards! After all, who doesn't appreciate a little extra recognition being sent their way? This section gives you a quick summary of the Rewards Sent, the Sent Amount, and the Remaining Balance of their budget.This information is only visible if the reward budget is set.
And, you guessed it, clicking to expand the widget provides additional information like budget reset dates and type.
Least Interaction Report
Curious to know who isn't interacting with the platform? Check out the Least Interaction Report to see their Last Login and Last Activity. Expanding the widget will also let you know when they were Onboarded and the Group/Department they belong to.
Top Core Value & Tag
Wondering what Core Value or Reward Tag best embodies your team? Take a peek at your Top Core Value Tags & Reward Tags. This will show the Top Core Value and Top Tag used when being recognized or rewarded as well as a quick summary of the Team's Top Core Value and Top Tag. Expanding the tool will let you know how many times they received each.
*For those curious, Core Values are tied to our Recognitions News Feed while Tags are connected to Rewards.
Recognition & Reward Statistics
Want to know who your WOO or Words of Affirmation people are, or maybe who could use a little encouragement for their hard work? Glance at the Recognition & Reward Statistics to see your Top/Least Senders and Receivers. Opening it up will associate names with the profile pictures incase someone hasn't fully set up their profile.
