How to Enable/Disable
Admins
This tool can be enabled/disabled for the entire company under the News Feed section of Settings under the Admin tab as shown below.
Quick tip! We recommend adding descriptions to your core values so the AI can better identify the value when generating recognitions.
Users
If your admin has enabled AI Assistance, you can decide for yourself whether or not you team up with it on your next recognition by doing the following:
How to Use
With AI Assistance turned on, you will be prompted to answer a couple of questions that it will use to craft your message. Once entered, click the Paper Plane. This will take you to the more familiar recognition screen where you review the message created. If you like the core of the message you can use Rephrase to let the AI take another pass at the message. Alternatively, if you don't like the tone, or forgot a detail you want to be included you can click the Notepad to be taken back to the first screen. Once the message is to your liking, hit Post!
Worth Noting:
- You can use the Rephrase functionality up to 25 times per day, after that it is up to you to craft the perfect post.
- If you are a Reward Sender or Program Admin, the system will also recommend a reward amount for the recognition based on your budget and reward history which can be adjusted or removed as needed.
