Send recognition reminders regularly to keep your employees engaged by reminding them to take a moment to recognize someone for all that they do. You can create a new reminder and send it now, schedule it once, or set up a recurring reminder using the form below.
Instructions
- From the Admin portal click Reminders on the left

To create a New Reminders, start by entering the name(s) of the employee(s) you would like to remind

By clicking in the Search field you can also select All Reward Senders, All Employees, or All Managers, to send a bulk reminder based on the roles assigned to employees.

If you would like the Reminder to include a prompt to encourage employees to tie in a Company Value or Business Goal, please select Any Core Value and Any Business Goal

If you do not want to refer to a Core Value in the message, please select Not based on any Core Value

If you do not want to refer to a Business Goal in the message or do not have any set up currently, please select Not based on any Business Goal

If you do not base the Reminder on a Core Value or Business Goal the Reminder message will be more generic (see examples below)

If you would like the Reminder to come from you or someone specific, please enter a Name or check the Anonymous box below

Lastly, please select the cadence

Send Now will send the reminder immediately

Schedule Once will allow you to schedule the reminder once for a future date

Schedule Recurring Reminders will allow you to schedule recurring reminders on a cadence of your choosing

Click Set Reminder and you will be taken to a confirmation screen to notify you that your Reminder has been initiated

Once complete, recipients will receive an email reminding them to recognize someone and a prompt on their news feed based on the timing chosen during set-up

The Scheduled Reminders tab will show updates on Reminders that have been scheduled and allow you to make edits if needed
Please note that you must be a Program Admin to send Reminders to employees.
