As a general rule of thumb, a reward cannot be revoked. Once a reward has been sent from the company to a recipient, it becomes the property of the recipient. There can be exceptions to this depending on the situation, but they will need to be discussed with your Client Success Manager. If you are not sure who your Client Success Manager is, you can contact email@example.com and we can facilitate your request.
However, if a sent reward is labeled as "undeliverable" in the portal, our system automatically revokes the requested reward and returned the funds to your client reserve. To look into why the reward was undeliverable, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
